Do you mean to tell me that the sons or daughters of the following dictators are/were eligible to be POTUS because they had an American wife, or one American wives among several, or no American wives, just American women who they got pregnant?
If an American woman is to say that the father was any of these tyrants, should we take her at her word?
Would the children be eligible to be POTUS?
Some would even say that neither parent has to be a US citizen, just being born on US soild automatically infers President of the United States eligibility.
Others say that a child born meters across the border into Canada or Mexico to two US citizen parents preclude POTUS eligibility.
Does anyone else find the below possibilities frightening?
Adolph Hitler, Jr. - President of the United States of America.
Mao Tse Tung, Jr. - President of the United States of America.
Joseph Stalin, Jr. - President of the United States of America.
Osama Bin Laden, Jr. - President of the United States of America.
Saddam Hussein, Jr. - President of the United States of America.
Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. - President of the United States of America.
Fidel Castro, Jr. - President of the United States of America.
Hideki Tojo, Jr. - President of the United States of America.
Benito Mussolini, Jr. - President of the United States of America.
Moamar Ghadafi, Jr. - President of the United States of America.
Being an ex-felon often precludes one from voting.
An estimated 5.26 million people (as of 2004) with a felony conviction are barred from voting in elections - a condition known as disenfranchisement.
Does being an ex-felon preclude one from being POTUS?
Let's logically and critically examine the issues, before looking at the case law.
A. Many believe that POTUS (President of the United States) eligibility requires being born on US territory to two parents, both US citizens, in order to negate potential dual and conflicting loyalties.
b. If A. above is not the case, is a child born meters across the US border in Canada or Mexico to two US parents eligible to be POTUS? Yes No
c. If A. above is not the case, is anyone be eligible to be president, as long as they are born on US territory, even if neither parent is US citizen? Yes No
d. If A. above is not the case, can someone be eligible to be POTUS even if they only spent several days in US and returned to a foreign country with two foreign parents? Yes No
e. If A. above is not the case, can a foreign leader's non-US wife or non-US girlfriend have a child in US and have that child be eligible to be POTUS? Yes No
F. If A. above is not the case, does it require just being born on US territory to only one US citizen parent? Yes No
g. If F. above is the case, does it matter who the US citizen is, i.e., either mother or father is OK? Yes No
h. If F. above is the case, are there any parent's citizenship requirements that negate POTUS eligibility, i.e., Cuba, North Korea, China, etc.? Yes No
i. If F. above is the case, must the parents be legally married for POTUS eligibility? Yes No
j. If F. above is the case, must BOTH parents legally be in US for POTUS eligibility? Yes No
Is it logical that Americans are prohibited/restricted from visiting Cuba, North Korea, Pakistan, etc. yet children born to citizens/subjects from these countries can be POTUS?
Is it logical that children born to two US parents meters from across the border are prohibited from being POTUS?
