Israel's Arab Neighbors (excluding Iran) are 650X larger than Israel.
Israel is 20,770 sq. km. Israel is much smaller than Belgium, Netherlands,
Switzerland or Denmark.
Even smaller than the US States of Massachusetts, West Virginia, or Hawaii.
Israel has more Muslims than almost any other non-Islamic country as a percentage.
Turkish (Turkey) Ottoman Empire controlled what is now Syria, Lebanon and "Palestine" from 1517-1917. In the 1880's, Jews BOUGHT land legally from Turkey and made much of current-day Israel.
This land was basically all desert, swamp and malaria-infested areas.
In World War 1, Turkey was aligned with Germany and when Germany lost the war,
the Ottoman Empire was broken up.
The Sykes-Picot Agreement of Southern Ottoman mandated that France controlled - Lebanon and Syria.
Britian controlled -"
Palestine", West Bank and Jordan. British Mandate was from 1920-1948.
In 1923, Britian divided Palestine portion of Ottoman Empire into 2 districts:
1. Jewish Palestine which was West of the Jordan River.
2. Arab Palestine which was East of Jordan River Brits then gave all Arab Palestine to Emir Abdullah from Hejaz (Saudi Arabia). This land was called Trans-Jordan and then renamed Jordan.
U.N. (United Nations) Partition Plan 181 November 29, 1947 - now dividing last
25% which was supposed to be all Jewish. 25% of Palestine would be
Jewish-Palestine.
The Jews accepted this proposal -1/16 of original In other
words, they only got 25% of their original 25% which is 1/16 or 6.25%. 75% of
Palestine would be Arab-Palestine The Arabs rejected this proposal.
May 14, 1948 Palestine Jews declare own state of Israel.
The next day, May 15, 1948, Israel was attacked by 7 Arab countries: Yemen, Egypt,
Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia.
With Hitler's Germany killing more than 6 million Jews recently in WWII, the
1-day old Jewish state won the war because Arabs were fighting for land and Jews
were fighting for survival=no more holocausts.
During the 19-month war, about 70% of Arab-Palestinians (300-400K) voluntarily
fled the area. These people who fled were the 1st wave of Palestinian-Arab
refugees. The 30% who didn't flee became Israeli-Arab citizens.
Between 1949-1954, more than 800K Jews were forced at gunpoint to flee Arab
lands where they lived for hundreds or thousands of years. They were forced to
leave: Iraq, Tunisia, Morocco, Jordan, Iran, Syria, Egypt, Lebanon and other
Muslim countries.
In the 20th century, tens of millions of refugees created in Europe and Asia were successfully relocated.
1.8 million people relocated to resolve Turkey-Greece War in 1922.
After World War II - 3,000,000 Germans were forced form Eastern Europe and resettled in Germany.
12,000,000 people transferred between India and Pakistan.
Why weren't the original Arab-Palestinians successfully relocated?
Why were the original Arab-Palestinians refugees REFUSED by Arabs to return to Arab lands?
Why weren't the Jews forced from Arab lands allowed to return?
Why is JORDAN the only Arab country that will grant citizenship to "Palestinian" Arabs?
UPDATE: JORDAN has rescinded all citizenship granted to "Palestinian" Arabs.
If Israel is so bad, why don't the Israel-Muslims go to other countries?
To those who wish to destroy Israel, are the Israeli-Muslims also targets of destruction?
