Muslims are willing to sacrifice their current lifestyle and lives so that their children and grandchildren will have a "bright" future.

On the other hand, Infidels (non-Muslims) are willing to sacrifice their children's and grandchildren's future to maintain their current lifestyle and lives.

Islam is a selfish, egotistical religion (if you can call it a religion). The goal of muslims is for *themselves* to reach paradise, not their children. With that in mind, that is the reason you see muslim parents happily sending their children to die in intifada. Palestinians are taught that if a muslim dies while killing the enemy, they can intercede in paradise for friends and relatives. So, those parents are only thinking about their own salvation when they send their children to die.

Another example, honor killings are a way for males to protect their own 'honor'. It doesn't matter if their female family member was raped or abused - her honor doesn't matter. Honor (or islam's warped sense of honor) is what gets them into paradise.

If I interpreted your 'bright' reference correctly, as a bombing, then you are right - muslims want their children to have a 'bright' future. But it isn't for the sake or salvation of those children. It's for their own selfish end, to say they provided an instrument of warfare to fight non-muslims.

The difference between Westerners and muslims: Westerners fight for their children to live a long, happy life. muslims sacrifice their children for a 72 virgin orgy in paradise.

Great Hitler/muhammad comparison, BTW. As hansi heenterseer stated, muhammad was ugly (see Ali Sina's book, "Understanding Muhammad") and that was the reason he forbade any images or pictures of himself. It wasn't humility or modesty, it was vanity.

Yes, by "bright" we meant a future that is bright according to Muslim values and doctrines, i.e., one full of misery and suffering, hatred and anger, violence, pain, and agony.

We did miss the point that you mentioned about sacrificing their children while the parents live and you are correct - thank you.

The honor killings and honor rapes are a particularly disgusting point in Islam.

Another poster also mentioned that Mohammed was ugly so we'll have to work on changing that picture too.
